Cancellation Before Installation

If you wish to cancel your order before the installation has commenced, please notify us in writing within 7 days of placing the order. Any advance payment will be refunded after deducting administrative charges.

Cancellation After Material Procurement

If materials have been procured specifically for your project, a cancellation fee covering the cost of materials and restocking will apply.

Refund Processing

Approved refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 10-14 business days.

If you experience any issues with our installation or service, please contact us immediately. We are committed to resolving issues promptly and ensuring your satisfaction.

Warranty

All solar installations come with manufacturer warranties on panels and inverters, plus our workmanship warranty. Warranty claims are not subject to this refund policy.
